i have somewhat of a dilemma

ok, so wile wheeling to day i was backing down this fat hill climb that i couldnt make up. any way on my way down i here/ feel 2 clumps, one was the hitch in the back, the other was up front. so i back away from the hill and i see my valence laying in the mud. i broke all the clips off it so i cant mount it(all the plastic mounting tabs are still on the bumper and broke off the plastic.) so i have been wanting to make bumpers for a wile but kinda liked the stock ones and wanted to wait till i broke them. so now i want to make bumpers BUT...............................i want to put my bodylift on first so i only have to make it once BUT....................if i get a body lift i will need bigger tires (i have 29's) BUT................................if i get bigger tires (33's) i will need to regear to 4.56 (yes i have to) BUT.............................if i have it apart i will also want a locker. SO........... im would be lookin at about $1000 for the gears and instal, 350 for locker, 150 for bl, ???? for tires/ wheels, 100+ for metal for bumpers.......ect. so what im thinking is that i was gonna upgrade to 31's pretty soon any way and i could prolly b alright with them and 3.73's with a 3.0 5 speed.. so my question is do u guys think it (1998 super cab 4x4) would look alright with a 3 inch bl and 31's and than i could save up for 33's, gears, and a locker for later.
