Would these wheel spacers fit my truck?

Like the title asks. Is this the proper lug pattern?
Before everyone chimes in that they are gonna destroy my front, they are only going on the back to make my front and rear match.

It doesn't matter front or rear - hubcentric is better. You'll be fine though as long as you're careful when installing to make sure everything is seated correctly when you install it.
Just realized though... those may not work where your wheels fit against the spacer if the center of the Ranger rim is smaller. I'll do some looking as well to see if I can find anyone using them!

i ran these on my jeep for a couple years with no problems never had nuts back off just loctite them on. i would never run an extra spacer just cut the lugs shorter if you have to. http://www.tdperformance.com/Billet-...-Wheel-Spacers
