you don't even wanna think about it man! like Mark and Zach said, your wheel bearings will not stand up to that kind of abuse just from pushing those heavy *** uncoordinated tires around.
Then, you take into consideration that boggers that size are super hard to get balance and rarely ever stay balanced your alignment will always be ****ty and then you have the vibrations from those tires flowing through the entire truck.

I'd run em in a heartbeat
if they didn't fit, I can get glass for the front, my rear I know they would fit!!!!
