4.0 soch v6

i have a 04 ranger 4.0 soch v6 that i swapped the engine off a 01 ranger swapped out the injectors but im having some issues i cant find some vacum lines location and im also having a issues that it stutters after 3k rpm i dont know if its due to the vacums so im wondering if any suggestions on where the problem might be and where these vaccums are located. Here some images of the lines that dont have a clue where they go :(

The first two pictures appear to be the vacuum tube that goes to the PCV valve at the rear of the engine on the driver side.

Not sure about the third picture is but it could be part of the vacuum tubing that is part of the heat/AC control system. However, it seems to be on the wrong side of the engine.

The fourth picture is definitely part of the vacuum system for the heat/AC control. The plastic bulb is the vacuum reservoir for that control system.
