My 96 was. I believe ford puts the same wiring harness in all their truck wired for all the options. Just look up front behind the grille for plugs "hanging" down. or pull your radio bezel and their will be a plug snapped into the back of it where the normal foglight switch would be. Thats how my 96 is.

Id guess that if wires are in your wheel wells than the wiring will be behind your bezel. I think ford did this just to make it cheaper. Hell in mine the relay was even there to make it all work. lol.

Not all of the trucks came with the same wiring harness. I wasnt prewired for anything in my '99.

Go to the junkyard and get one. Get the bezel too if you don't have it.

ha!!.. have you seen the wiring harness? no chance whatsoever at getting the fog wiring out.
its built into the main harness, intertwined with a million other wires... i tried to extract one out of a '99 ranger in the junkyard and gave up after an hour and sliced up hands..

ill have to make my own harness i guess.

My 99 is prewired :) but I really don't feel like spending $200+ on foglights, valence, bezel, and HIDs. So I'm still fogless...

From what I've noticed if you have power windows/locks/mirrors you are really likely to be prewired for Fog and Cruise. If your truck has manual doors then odds are you aren't prewired.
