Nice choice i got the 5901 just cause i liked the ability to tell the temp inside and it will let me know if a door is open some little cool things like that. But i seen they have that iphone app on the viper site today id be very interested to see what thats like. Oh and just a heads up when i got mine the sensitivity of the alarm was a little low and i prefer to know when someone is breathing on my truck let alone breaking in lol. So id just test it out in the parking lot before you leave to see if it meets your preferences.

dang yall are lucky i live in a small town in florida bout an hour outside orlando ive had about half my vehicles [10] broken into usually at work or home and usually took the stupid stuff too one time they took the registration but left a .357 a .22 $100 cash the radio and $120 pair of oakleys

instead of a big speaker, get one that has a pager system. my stepdad got one for his stang and it's got a keychain receiver/pager that has a little screen with a diagram that shows what is getting broken into.
Edit: i jsut saw that viper has a app for the iphone. that is pretty sweet. kinda like above but on the phone.

When i told the cop what they left she goes damn your lucky....
Also i found the Serial #s on my computer from when i had them last hooked up to it so they can register them into there database for pawnshops.
In VA pawn shops are required to register Serial #s and IDs and SSN of people pawning stuff. So maybe just maybe it will appear at a pawn shop so i can get my stuff back

Get an alarm with a pager.
Whats weird is just as I was opening this page a guest ran in and said someone was trying to break in a truck. I went out there in time to see him running next door, so I called the cops and next door...He slipped out the back before their security could get him. At least nothing was stolen. This is not a good weekend to be breaking in cars...its the finals of the horse show and everyone is packing. Hope his dumbass gets shot if he tries it again.

As for craigslist i thought of that this morning when i woke up.
Last night i didnt leave anything in my truck at all and now im paranoid that i left something unlocked and i keep going out and checking. haha i seriously need an alarm and also get the actuators installed for keyless.
