train horns

does neone know where i can buy some? besides horn blasters. i want that sound but cheaper? thanks guys

i found a bunch of kits on ebay that have 3 or 4 horns and comes with everything you need for around 250-300 im planning on getting one soon.

ya but im not sure what all i need so i was lookin for the kit or would buying it individually be cheaper?

kit is cheaper but i dont like the kits..IMO

i pieced mine together..ive got a bigger tank bigger compressor..in the long run..louder honks less fill time but more money overall..


if you wanna do it right your gunna spend some cash..if you dont wanna spend handful of hundred dollar bills then dont get em..

ive got 1500 in my kit..its pricey but its something that i LOVE..so i did it..

I've got an air compressor,tank, wiring and switches, everything you need (for the most part) except the horns i'm selling...

its a viair 325 150 psi compressor, water separator, air valve for the train horn, then a on off pressure switch pressure gague and wiring kit. I paid about 275-280 for everything I'd sell it all for 245 shipped. No tank in this deal

The compressor has never been run, everything is brand new except for the tank, which is the condition i got it in.

if you want to look at a easy set up, take on off of a old truck. We did that for my dads old H1, that compressor will keep up with whatever you throw at it.

I saw on G-E that you were putting this on your 4 wheeler? How do you plan on doing that?

if you look in his pictures.. the MEGA 10 setup is the one that was built for my friend. its not as deep as a real horn... but its INSANELY LOUD ha

those are just the off brand kits all bolted together..its iight im sure its loud but can be out blown any day..

oops..lol and i worked on it yesterday..ill snap em when i get off work..

fixed my leaks added another gauge in the bed and a quick disconnect..
