Someone else might be able to do a better job but this is the best I could do.

I did try it with out the other trucks plate and frame but it didnt look right.

yes, and i still am thinking about it.

but then again, the chrome is a nice accent.

The only thing I wasnt with was the gap between the grill and bumper, that was as close as I could get it even with some reshaping of the bumper. I guess its just because the bumper was built for a 98-00 truck.
