you definitely want vinyl. It has way more advantages over carpet. For one, it cleans up like a dream, and for two, it doesnt 'harbor' funk

I like the "warmth" and look of carpet, but vinyl is nice and easy to clean.

You can have vinyl and get some carpeted mats if you want some fuzzy warmth. Switch 'em out when you go off road.

Mud and carpet don't get along very well. Also if you spill a drink its alot easier to wipe it up.

It's a truck, not a SUV. Vinyl ftw

I'm very happy with my carpet. It hides dirt well, and deadens road noise. It makes for a nice quiet comfortable driving experience. I wouldn't want vinyl.

I used to want carpet in all my trucks. Bought my 07 Sport and it came with vinyl floors and now I don't think I would want one with carpet. SOOO easy to keep clean.

I voted vinyl only because I think it looks good in a truck that is used. I had a vinyl to put in my '98 but sold the truck before I could put it in. But my f150 I would never put a vinyl in. It just doesn't fit to me.
