What is needed to lift my truck?
For several weeks now, everytime I see a lifted ranger, I wish I would have lifted mine. The reason I lowered it was b/c I wanted to make it into a mustang saleen or something, which did not happen at all. I like it like it is, but sometimes I wish it was jacked up with meaty tires sticking out past the fenders. lol Im not sure I'll be able to lift it or not........seeing how i've lowered it....(not sure if my parents would be to happy about that, cause I'll be redoing something after I wanted to lower it)....i'll have to put my truck back to stock and sell everything first, but anyways. I wanted to see how much it would cost to lift it. What is the biggest coil lift you can put on a 2wd without haveing to change spindles and control arms? (more $$) Im assuming 2 inches, and still be able to align it. I've got the shackles that are used in the drop kit on my truck, which will lift the back 2". And then put a 3" body lift on for a total of about 5". What size tire could I get on it, and not be stuffing the wheel wells? 33's? Anything else i'll need other than the lift itself? What kind of cost are we looking at here? If I were to change out the rear end gearing to the right gears, I would be able to keep the same acceleration and mpg I have now right?
ALSO, if you got pics of a 2wd ranger lifted about 5" with 31's or 33's, or a 4wd ranger with the same hieght of a 2wd lifted 5".....Post pics.

truck looks nice lowered, definitely buy a trail truck if you want one
especially if you are 2wd kinda guy, you should have your pick of the litter for good offroad potential, without being trashed already
once you have 2 trucks you'll neveeer go back, being able to wheel the **** outta it till it breaks on sunday night, park it and drive to work on monday with the DD is so awesome, you can do things on your time when you want, not just because you have to make it too work tomorrow and need to fix it in a hurry
