I have spent $200 in vacuum lines, sensors, valves and other ****... no luck.... oh well. I guess I will pull the 302 out of my salvage explorer after Branson....

Ok.... I got code p0401- insufficient EGR flow... Also got lean bank codes po171 and po174... I replaced EGR valve, EGR Flow sensor. Seafoam and new vacuum lines... truck ended up getting 12.79 mpg.... city... 4.0 SOHC and tranny for sale...

lean codes mean 02 sensors usually. the ones right after the manifolds, before the Y.


Can't wait to see another 5.0 Fx4.

I don't need your niceness... unless I call you....j/k! so maybe i know where some chrome bumpers are... ready to ship or give to you... maybe they are in my garage with the 100+ other parts I have... FX4 front skid, FX4 tow hooks, ect.

Why don't you just pour the seafoam in the gas tank. I thought that what was to be done with it. I also remember other guy from here doing the brake booster and had lots of problems afterwards.
