gas prices going down!!

here in VA it WAS 3.47. Now it's 3.27 which is kool. At one point I'd thought we'd never see it below 3.45 a gallon. Do you guys think that the bailout plan passed by congress had anything to do with it? I think it made look at the economy more closely myself. I seen some cat on TV complaining about paying .25 a gallon over in Iraq not long ago. He'd really have kittens if he paid what we have to wouldn't he.

Wishfull thinking on Both of our parts. I don't see why they don't take our used motor oil and turn it into gasoline myself, hell we make fuel out of everything else if ya know what I mean.

program participants, simply use a special card linked to their MasterCard® or Visa® credit card account. The card may be used to purchase enough fuel at $2.99 per gallon to travel up to 12,000 miles per year for 3 years. So no matter what the price at the pump says, you'll never have to pay more than $2.99 per gallon for qualifying fuel

I'm sure they can do it. They're already have websites that preach using alternative fuels. They can make ethanol out of anything that ferments. There's also a few sites converting water into HHO which I consider to be dangerous. Hydrogen powered vehicles I consider them a rolling H-Bomb on wheels. They already recycle our used motor oil to dispose of in a safe manor for the EPA. But if they did do it I'd say that would be a huge impact on the market.
