Anyone want a high mileage Ranger

I found this on a local CL add... Good God thats alot of miles.

thats 309 miles/day every day since it was new....must be a typo

c'mon it's a typo, ford never made a motor that lasts that long.

i don't remember his screen name, but over when it was Generation edge.com, there was a guy with a 2001 ranger (this was in 2004) who, in just 3 years, had 330,000 miles on his truck. seemed his job took him all over each day, averaging 300-400 miles a day He said he changed the oil in it every 5000 miles which was around every 2-3 weeks.
I wonder what happened to that guy?

I have a 99 in the garage now with 215k but ut had a tranny rebuild at 202k but it still runs. its a 3.0

I have a 99 ford ranger, 113,000 miles, sound system and rims 17" manual trasmision engine 4 cylinders , perfect for the job call alex hablo espanoll ok
113,000 is a lot? I'm confused.

yeah how is 113,000 a lot?im pretty sure by the time my truck is 5 years old thats about what it'll be at

He must've changed the mileage in the ad cause 113,000 is only 11,300 miles a year....way low.

but going by what they are saying above, there used to be an extra 0 in there (going by the 309 miles a day works out to roughly 1,130,000)
