linkage problem

linkage problem
1994 ranger 4x4 automatic 3.0 motor the linkage came apart were it hook on to steering collum it looks like its plastic that goes onto a metal ball almost like a ball joint the metal ball looks like it rusted away the plastic is still there.can i get that part and where?
