serious driveability issue

Any Ideas?

2000 ranger would not start, no fuel pressure. New pump in tank on old sender unit give me 65 psi at fuel rail. Starts & idles fine in drive or park. Stumbles badly trying to move forward or reverse.
Changed the following, coil pack, maf, air idle control, crank & cam pos sensors, all O2 sensors and throttle position sensor . Cat convertor seems fine,112k on truck,19 in. manifold vacuum.

Snap on Scanner say it goes from closed loop to open loop when throttle is opened to about 1200 rpm under load in drive or reverse. rev's fine in Netural.
