What transmission fluid for an 89' Ranger

What transmission fluid for an 89' Ranger
I recently found out that I have next to none transmission fluid in my transmission. I have an 89' Ranger with an automatic transmission. The manual specifies to use XT-2-QDX. In the store I find transmission fluid marked as type A and type F. What types will work?
