Whats the Difference??

Maybe ill have better luck here...

I bought rims with a -19 offset and a 3 3/4 backspacing. There Tims' Chrome Burst American Racing rims 15x8.

My question is, im putting 32'' Swampers on them, im wondering how much they will stick out compared to my MT Classic II's 4 7/16 backspacing.

OR if theres any difference what so ever, i got the specs off American Racing for the chrome bursts

If two wheels have the same 8" width, then the one with the 3 3/4" backspacing will be 11/16" farther out than the one with 4 7/16" backspacing. The tire width will also be a factor but you didn't specify the width.

So, you have 265 (10.4") now and you're changing to 10" nominal tires. Assuming that it's a true 10" cross section, then the new tires are less than a quarter inch narrower on either side. So, putting that together with the 11/16" due to the different offset/backspacing of the wheel, you are probably talking about a total difference of about 1/2". In other words, the widest part of the new tire/wheel package would be roughly 1/2" farther out than what you have now.
