Red-Neck-Tech!!!

I, like most people, like to have/make custom items for my truck. To have one-of-a-kind items. in a moment of brief brilliance i decided that it would look kool to paint my rims black.

I tried to find a friend that was good at photo shop to edit a picture of my rim to the way i want it. (some parts black and other parts left alone) little did i know that my answer would come a little easier........ MUD!i!i!

My rims were coated in this stuff. i jus rubbed the mud, off the rim, the way i wanted it to be painted. which one do you think would look better. Please pretend the brown mud is black.

Option one

Option two

Option three

Option four

Dave, Two, or all black. I may be doing the same thing to my rims.

Make sure you take the weight off the wheel, prior to painting it.

The amount of mud i pulled off my truck filled a 5gallon bucket(weight 80lbs). thats just what i could pull off. my truck is some what clean now. i just have to wash it one final time for wax and then detail all the little hard to reach spots.

second thought. i have to edit this. i understand what weightyo ur talking about but i figured i would let you know how much mud i had on my truck.
