yeah its just bare metal, so POR15 the back side, prep,prime and paint the outside to match your truck.

 

I Rustoleum'd the back side, and had it paint matched to the truck by a body shop. It's smoothed in though, so they had to blend it. You'll like the Grant Kustoms pan. it's quality work.

 

theyre on the way. i bought them from Autoluminate and his prices have come down. i got my 8k kit for under 65 shipped.. i cant wait till i get them .. im convincing my mom that i need to get some more 9007 8k ones for my fogs .. little does she know my fogs are going to be h3 and her exploder uses 9007 bulbs.. i think shell like her incognito mothers day present

 

are these absolutetly the correct fogs to buy for that valance? and how the hell do i mount them in there?
