HID Help! Can't get Hi Beam

I bought a Xentec Hid conversion kit with low beam only. From the how-to I was under the impression that I would still have hi-beams after the install. I also installed a relay harness. The low beams work, but I still get a little flicker which is another problem. I swapped the second wire going to the headlight connector and the light only went on when the hi-beams were on. Any suggestions?

You have a Low beam only kit which means you wont have High beams, you need to put the pin in the low beam spot so they come on with your low beams

I guess I was misinformed on how the low-beam only kit works. The low-beam only kit seems to be pretty good except it is weird to not have hi-beams. I guess I will see how it works out.
