Does anyone know the part number or exact dims (to have a few made) of the hub bolt for 2003 (or any 4x4 models with torsion bars).

Kevooo had a little accidente with his, two of his broke and we need replacements ASAP. The wheel bearing appears to be a goner...we are replacing parts as we go.

The dealer said it's an "order" part and will take a while. WE have a place called Florida Nut and Bolt willing to make one for us, but we can't get the bolts out w/o taking it apart, it's at his house which is a little problem, we can't leave the truck apart there. So we can't take out the only bolt...

 

PM rangererv, I believe he has a few of the bolts laying around or I will call him if you like.

he called me earlier said he would call later tonight. still waiting to hear from him.

 

tryed to call u zach but it went to voice mail. its a metric bolt and i dont have any metric dies to measure it with. my dad said he can take one to work tomorrow and measure it. or i can send you one and you can have it made.
ive got 3 and will try and ship them asap if you need.

 

Evan, take them to work tomorrow if he posts ill call you so you can get the address to ship, that would be faster than him getting them made

I read on explorer forum they are

15mm bolts around 60mm long with a 14 tpi thread

i just sent him a text of the info, he said ok, so they should ship today.

 

We got the bolts. If he wants to ship them UPS ground or USPS, thats fine, but we got the bolts from a local ford.

Just please call erv ASAP and let him no it's no rush, and we dont' really need em.

 

i tryed to ship them at 11 on my lunch but the fedex was out of power so i have to wait till after work. prob a good thing since you got some. i will ship them fedex ground if you still want them. ill ship after work so let me no if u still n eed them

 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do overnight for us. We got majorly screwed by 3 fords, drove over an hour to get to one of them...there are two parts with the same part number...one is the wheel stud, and one is the wheel hub bolt. Nice of ford!

So we have 0 right now. Please ship ASAP overnight. You can probably just put the bolts in an envelope or something.

i shiped them. sent ricky a pm on the shipping cost. i went there as soon as chad called me so i hope you get them tomorrow.

fedex gave me a small bag to put them in. that was way cheaper then a small box.
