Fuel filter, plugs, and maybe a seafoam treatment should clear it up

yeah, i mean i replaced the fuel filter last septembe, idk how long one should be good for, but my only reservation witht he sea foam is that they recommend changing spark plugs after wards, so i'm guessing the ruin the plugs, but when i replaced my 22 year old stock wires like two months ago in my quest to recover my lost fuel milage, i also went ahead replaced the plugs with boch ir fusion plugs, so with my gay *** twin plug set up thats 64 dollars in plugs i don't want to loose, however today since school was canceled i was bored and took off the throttle body and cleaned it very well and sprayed or the IAC so i'll see if that does anything, it startd rough after i put everything back to gether, but i expcted that from any excess throttle body cleaner which is basically just acetone, so do you think that the IAC could cause that if it was starting to go bad? the only reason i just don't go ahead and replace it is because its 62 dollars.

Personally I don't know what the symptoms of a bad IAC would be. To be honest I think it could still be the plugs buuuuuuut iv been wrong before.
