Headlight Mod-doing something wrong
I can't figure out if I just got cheap headlights or if my temp is too high but the main problem im having is not having any luck taking the lens off it seems to dry to quickly, close and seal up again even when I only do a little bit and put it back in the oven and work on the same part. Anyone have a similar problem it seems when I try to pry it up open it also bends the headlight housing as you can see in these to pics. Thanks.
Thanks

This is the most nerve-racking part of the mod. What is your heating temp?
I will tell you how I ALWAYS do it. Oven temp is 200 degrees F. Put the headlights in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes. Stay with the oven to keep an eye on the headlights.
I use a butter knife to pry them apart. BE CAREFUL not to crack either housing. Do one headlight at a time. I usually start at one corner, and easily pry it open, then work my way down.
If I get to some of the headlight where I cant get it apart any more, then I pop it back in the oven for about 5 minutes.

Finally got it I actually got frustrated the first time and gave up, tried it two days ago and gave up but finally got them both off after putting them in at 200 for 15mins and had to do it a couple times maybe 6 times for each of putting them in after it got dry for about 7 mins but it finally worked ,thanks i'll post some pictures of the progress.
