Wireing through firewall

Is there a good way to get through the firewall with a wire (for audio) without drilling? I have a 2000 4 cylinder

Steering boot. slice a "X" hole in it and be careful of routing...don't want no ripped up wires getting coiled in your steering.

when i put my subs in my 2000 ranger my dad just shoved a coat hanger through the wiring boot down by the pedals and then fished the wires through like that, but you have to pull the rubber boot out of the firewall so that it can expand and then once you get the wires through you have to force that boot back in its hole..... its pretty easy, just a tight fit

this is the first time i could help with something :)))

i fished it through with some really stiff wire.

didnt have to remove anything though.
found out where the audio place routed the wires for my stereo and just followed that.

I ran mine through with the hood release cable. I used a fishtape. It worked awesome.
