Fuse not getting power! [pleas help asap]
So, my blinkers and my cruise control went out, and its hard to shift out of park, so I checked the fuse, looked good, but I replaced it anyway, thinking it would resolve the issue. Today, I got a test light, and the #10 fuse spot is not getting any power! What would cause this to happen? Please tell me what I can to do fix this issue asap!
Thanks very much. I also included screen shots from the owners manual.

My first thought is that there is only power there when the key is on, that is why you didn’t have power and then you did; there is a lot of fused equip with that setup.
Reading your post the GEM module is in that circuit, those go bad, might be the GEM needs replacement.
I do not know how to test it but I am sure someone here can help you out at least you get a bump up.

The front turn signals, speed control and brake/shift interlock all share the same ground point, so that would be a good place to check next. The ground is bolted to the seat crossmember under the carpet below the front edge of the driver seat.

I can get to mine by unbolting the drivers bucket. If you have a bench seat, you might have to pull the whole thing. After removing the sill plate, the carpet can by lifted.
Before you go to that much trouble, you could check a couple of other things that use that same ground. If these work, then the ground is probably OK:
Dome light turns on when passenger side door is opened.
Center high mount stop light works when brakes are applied.
