Name of the "clamp" that holds the air filter together??

Hey Folks,

I broke the clamp that holds the air filter "enclosure" together and have no idea what the heck it is called. I want to get one at Autozone or Napa, etc.. but not sure what to ask for.

Thanks!
Briz

Take a picture. If it's what I'm thinking of, it's just a hose clamp. Which if it is that you can pick up at any hardware store.

Attached is a drawing that I found.

I have an arrow pointed at the clamp that sits around where the two pieces of the housing connects. It is like a hose clamp but with more of a ratchet style and has notches.

Thanks!

A regular hose clamp won't work.
Just go to a junk yard and pick it up .

They're right, you won't find that at Napa/Autozone.... unless you grab one off one of their delivery trucks! Dealer or junk yard only!
