4x4 Brain in a 94'

I want to put a 10" sub in between my seats like my old 96' 4x2 but i found out that the brain for the 4x4 system is located right there...have any of you found this to be a problem with your system or anything and moved it and if so were did you find to be the best fit for it any info is appreciated thank you..
