I took the day off and installed a used OHC and Sportrac pod.
All went well. I wired the lights to the OHC to the dome light. I did my homework and new how fragile the dome light cover was so i proceded to take the cover off like a open heart surgeon. Well, it broke anyway.. DOOKEY CRAP
anyone have a fix or a source for a new one?

Here's the how to on the Mustang dome light mod:

Get one off of ebay for about $20 bucks and just have to add one wire. You get some added maplights and it looks a lot better then the crappy stock one.

sorry to jack the thread, but whats different on the '04+yrs?

 

If I remember right, you have to add a wire for the 04+ rangers. 03 down I think were already wired for the beter light. Mine is an 01 and it had the basic dome light with no map lights and it was already wired for the better light, no wires to add.
