Explorer gauge face

Hello all,
I have an opportunity to purchase a white gauge cluster from an Explorer Sport. It has been sitting out in the elements since it is from a wrecking yard. My question is - is it possible to remove the just the gauge face on our Edge and replace it with the white one from the Explorer. The electrics are questionable on the white cluster because it has been outside but the face is perfect. Thanks for your ideas.
Norm.

yes. It takes a little patience, but you can change only the gauge faces. they are held on by a glue type stuff.

You could do that....but what is it thats reuined from being outside?? If its just the clear plastic proctector that goes over the cluster.....im pretty sure you can swap it with the one you have in your ranger right now......That would be the best idea.

Thanks for the info guys. I think I may just go the overlay route. Went back to the wrecker and he wanted double for it. Oh well, you know what they say about those who hesitate.
