Ranger seatbelts with sport trac seats
what year truck are they going into?
i'm assuming a 98+. if so, on the inside edge of the seats, in front of the hinge bolt, there should be two holes in the seat frame. these are where most people mount them. you may have to drill it out a little larger, and put a nut on the inside.

Sport Trac Seats are NICE, their Leather ones are really nice !
If they are the same as the Explorers, it will be an easy fix.
Take a look as stated by drppdyllwrngr and you will see what he is talking about.
