Oh yeah, the plastic drop in liner is out of the question. I would go with the Line-X spray in liner, but I'm on a shoestring budget.

And as far as the headliner goes, I'm trying to save John some work because the gray factory headliner I have is for a 2-door extended cab, and it might be a pita to trim so it'll fit into a 4-door extended cab.

wvcat got the new headliner installed with the OHC and it looks great.
This project is movin right along, slowly but surely.

 

We are supposed to have some decent weather today. If so I might pull it outside and take a few pics...

Basically spent the day wet sanding and blocking, sorry didn't take pics yesterday and were supposed to have storms this afternoon. I'll get some soon but it might be a couple days.

Its coming along pretty good. The body work is almost done. I just have to block it one more time and I think it will be good. If not it will be close. I didn't get home from work til 8:30 tonight so I didn't go to the garage I should get some work done tomorrow...

What happened this time? Was it the phone system again?

 

No the contractor had to work late to do some rooms and I had to do the programming.

 

Sorry to keep everybody waiting on an update but wet sanding is boring and doesn't look like progress in pictures....lol Well Brian wanted me to do an update with the bodywork pictures. Well I had more rust than I expected which makes the process a lot longer. Is there such a thing as too many pics????

I'm glad everyone talked me into painting it Vista Blue. I was going to paint it Sonic Blue(What was I thinking?)

 

Just buy on from TN and farther south. My 98 is from TN and has no rust.
