that looks really good. Ill go ahead and throw in my 2 cents about fender flares. I dont like them unless they are on a lifted truck, I dont like them on a normal stock truck they look bulky and out of place, but without them they add some beefiness to the body. But with your truck Ive never seen a green 04+ ranger before so its rare for me, and yours just looks awesome without them... that means you can take that money and throw it into something else. Also although thats a really good price to me on that cap... I wouldnt put on on the truck, would make it look like a lifted small suv... I hate caps although they do have purposes but your truck would look much better without it.

I really wish I had the money to do what you are doing now, it took me 4 years to get to what I have now. I still want wheels and tires, scangauge, headers, lift, trailer hitch and depending on our economy maybe some little secrets that wont be said here... but at the rate Im going that may be another 7-8 years lol

Yea something like that. I couldn't find a good quality sheet or roll that I liked so instead I got some home ventilation ducts and just cut the mesh off it.

Yeah I may just think twice of the flares. Will be a pain in the *** to get them all on there nicely and then take em to the paint shop and...yea too much time and money. As for the cap it will suit me well since I would like to keep my stuff locked up for whatever reason and dry during the rainy season. I could then through on a rack with a spare tire mount and run a full size spare tire whenever I may need it, it won't compromise bed space if put a tire carrier in there. I guess it's a love hate thing with the caps, but for me I will get a lot of use out of it. Thanks for you opinion though I like to know what everyone thinks of items.

well i gotta be honest your truck is lookin SWEET! now do the headlight mod and get some 06 corners. i think that would make it look even better. and get a valance with fogs.

LoL In time in time. You think the black headlights would look good with my color? I'm kinda hesitant about it. I'm kinda rolling back and forth between bumpers. 01-03 Chrome with fogs black Valance like Trent's, or 06+ 4x4 paint to match upper and Line-X Valance and with either bumper I go with I'm going to mod in some PIAA 510 Ion Crystal fog lamps!

That's a great idea!!

oh...and the reason i hate flares.....i throw them off whenever i go wheeling. tires tell them they need to be removed. they like to fly off driving down the highway. and well....my truck looks better to me w/o flares. lol.

WOw man.. First time I've seen this thread. AWESOME progress on the truck!!! I like it!

I think your truck is dying for a chrome 01-05 bumper with an 01-03 valance painted black, and some clear corners! DO IT NOW!

Well I'm almost closer to getting this Expo Axle done. Going to order up my brake kit from Modbargains. Going with the Centric Rotors and Pads. Will also get new ones for the front as well. Going to go to Autozone to order up some new brake lines. Also need to find some new bolts for my Diff cover. I'm going to ask my buddy if he can help me weld on the mounts and install it. Gawed this undertaking is killing my cash flow...and this is going to be the last thing until my truck gets paid off! But I'm trying to do it right the first time!

LoL what are you going to do with the Expo axle then? Oh thanks for the reply on the DangerRangers Thread. Now I can get the brake lines done. Autozone or any auto store should sell flaring kits? Ill check it out tomorrow. BTW do you know of a place to find flat head allen bolts for the diff cover? Not one darn hardware store sells them here!

Camodown said he replaced his with 5/16x 1". But his were regular hex bolts. I don't know if the flushed heads are going to make a different or not. They might. I don't know at this point.
