Yea you know its hard to imagine the way something will look when its painted... Will this look good or will this look stupid. Such a tough question. You really have to think about how the lines will match up and how the colors will mesh together because its real easy to put a lot of work into something and have it look dumb. Sure i may have over did it a little with the ovals, I honestly think it may have looked better without them, but you just dont know till you actually do it. So i guess it is what it is... there wont be another one like it, and i bleed blue, people that know me will understand why I put 2 big *** ford ovals on my hood :p. oh and any paint questions dont hesitate to ask.

Supercharger... Turbo is a much different animal. I had to get bigger injectors, boost gauge, tuner (already had one), MAFia by diablosport, throttle body, throttle cable, colder sparkplugs, air filter. Now there are a few things i had to buy because my 4.0 is an explorer 4.0. Such as the throttle body, throttle cable, air filter. The kit was made for a ranger 03-11 the early 4.0s are just a little different

Love the pics! Mind if we use some when we build our customers section? We typically like to use first name & State/Province. Let me know.
PS.. if you lived closer... I'd get you to paint a few of our trucks. Our 02 explorer particularly could use a good paint job. LOL. I still think a nice Moddbox logo would have looked cooler. hahhaha. But honestly... I love the Ford emblem.

Great thread! Great truck! Awesome look! Really dig it. Got some thoughts:
LL/DWB/Deep Wedgewood Blue is one DAMN GORGEOUS color when she's nice, shiny, clear, and clean. I was amazed at what it looks like with brand new paint. Mines so scratched up I couldn't remember. lol. The praises also apply to Kona. Great color choice.
It's really really weird to me seeing a SOHC without a 4whl ABS pump on the fender and the small engine bay fuse box. Moddbox install looks awesome! I'll be seeing a kit in person soon near the Seattle area. Even pondering one myself but I blow enough manual trans in NA form. lol.
One question: any reason for not updating the bumper/valence? Just curious.
Keep up the good work and the build thread. I'll be following.

Thanks man. I really need to wheel out my whole truck. Ranger+4 wheeler trails= lots of branch scratches. Oh and a snapped antenna. The bumper... Well yea it looks terrible it was a good deal, so i painted it and it just fits terrible absolute garbage aftermarket bumper. Still pondering what i want to do there. Thinking about making a heavy duty steel one, thats not big a gaudy.
Ill have some videos of pulls soon, shes almost tuned ready to rage
