I have a question for you. I haven't looked at it yet but I want to paint that bottom valance thing also. I have an 01 and that thing is a grey color, I have decided to black mine out as well, does it just come off with screws?? or is it held on with clips or something?

 

I have ripped it off so many times offroading and hit a deer so if i just pull on it in the right spots enough i can get it unclipped. no screws.
