I've heard the only issue with the hood would be the cruise control bracket, due to how it sits on top of everything afterwards.
This clearance issue is the reason Ron doesn't sell the kit with provisions for the cruise control bracket/cable. I know guys in the past have been able to fabricate a simple bracket that allowed it to fit under the stock hood (w/o a body lift).
For me, it was pretty simple to make the cruise bracket with the extra height the body lift provided.

In regards to the Muth mirror base....YES. That is the factory mirror base on either a OE manual mirror or a OE power mirror.
Note: NO aftermarket mirrors have this base, this is an OE mirror thing. Therefore, Muth heated/signal mirror glass WILL NOT work on aftermarket mirrors. Aftermarket mirror pivots/brackets are circular where as OE are square with only one very rounded corner.
Just be careful with the flat head screw driver....when I was adding my F150-esque signals to my OE 06+ mirrors, I pryed in the wrong spot and broke the ball-socket the glass pivots around. Ended up with half the pivot, bracket, and glass in my hand rather than just the mirror and bracket. Had to purchase a new mirror to rape a part off of. But let me tell ya, I learned fast where to pry after breaking that first one! lol.

Yeah, I fully understand what you mean about the plate bumpers typically available for our trucks - to me, they either looks way out of proportion, or fit awkwardly.
I just loved how this one fit & looked compared to anything else out there.
Nice - Shane, thanks for the confirmation & tips!

Reverse it out of the garage into your driveway, stand back about 20 feet and take a picture. You've probably posted maybe 3 full shot pictures of your truck dude, quite slacking haha

I'm a man - I back into my parking spots, including the garage!
Plus, it's only my toy - not my daily driver.
I'll work on getting something soon(ish). Might be a week or two though! lol
Damn this peer pressure! lol
Least I'm getting 'slightly' better - a few years back people were questioning if my truck was even real!
