Implying that Gmail intercepted the message. Exactly how would Gmail stop an email routed from another R-F member?

Gmail uses software to catagorize the email as SPAM and either not deliver it or put it in a special 'folder' seperate from other incoming mail. Other 'free' services like Yahoo do the same. Unfortunately for Swoop, that means that Gmail is picking up email from this site as SPAM and not delivering it to him. That means that if I were to email him via this site about something legitimate, it might not make it. IIRC Chrisitan has had this problem before w/ site announcements and activation emails too.

Of course Gmail could have filtered on something in the subject line or body of the email instead. Such filtering software is usually pretty complex..

Gmail didn't stop it here...

But then again, I'v allways gotten email from RF members

Its reported as spam now though..

The way I see Gmail working, since its reported as spam anything from that address will be routed to 'spam', but not from the provider, meaning I can still get messages from the RF 'domain'...
