The site pulls up just fine, it's the contact number that went missing on the "contact us" page, it just shows the email now. I'm at work still but I'll check it again when I get home....that would be pretty funny though if I was calling so much where he pulled his number from my IP access lol

I get my share with tuners. lol. One more won't hurt.
here is dougs shipping policy. he is giving himself 10 days. 10 business days equals 2 weeks. If it takes another week to get missing info, I'm sure that timeframe will be added to the total:
All orders take 7-10 business days from the time of purchase until you receive the order, unless otherwise noted......... Normally the wait isn’t more then 15 days on anything.

I know, but I was also inferrring about the pullies, MAF adapter, my K&N intake that I got from you, not just the tuner. You responded promtly and had an answer to my questions that I had with those parts that I ordered from you.

Doug sent me an email today, in response to my question as to noticing why the phone number was removed and an update on my order, it reads:
Matt,
I've had to take a seconds job so i'm not here during the day to respond to phone questions. Your order will be out to you very soon, i'm sorry for the delay. -Doug

Here's the one i got..i guess he let that matt go that was workin there when i went.
I have one order from August that isn't filled because I don't have the
product yet, the only other products that haven't shipped are the C&L
manifolds from that long ago but there again that's because they have just
started shipping them this week. I no longer have a phone line in the office
because I'm not here someday during the day because of having to take a
second job to keep this business going. My email is the best way to reach me
and I've been back on top of those for the past month. I'm sorry if there
are others with issues and I appreciate your email concerning this. Please
have anyone with any issues with me please contact me here.
