Yeah I guess sometimes you just gotta swallow your pride and take it. Just hate the idea of letting him get away with that crap....I'm just glad that someone was nice enough to step up and help out.

Which gap gaurds did u get, i had bought the gap gaurds for the rear.....well he said it came with front and rear gap gaurds but he only gave me the rear.....if the ones you got are for the rear we can just "Jusnes Modify" them into front ones. I hope this gentleman PMs me soon, i want to get the lift on saturday, even if i have to pay some express shipping.
P.S. Bob is the man.

I just have one question.. is the steering extension normally part of the body lift
kit or is it an option accessory.

I don't know if you guys pay much attention to the news, but this guy may be on the cutting edge of a wave (there's a mixed metaphor) of vehicular parts thefts that is going on.

Apparently, small bands of well-equipped and mechanically savvy thieves are going around looking for lifted trucks. When they have one they believe is isolated enough, they quickly remove the body lift and scram.

The poor owner returns to find his body sitting on the tires and is unable to even give pursuit.

I'd be willing to bet that he's one of those guys, and that's how he got all those body lifts...

I looked on Summit Racing's website and the kit that is for the 01+ rangers DO include the extension. I will do what I can to prevent anyone else from getting screwed. I'm really interested in this "case" now.
