The Jetta's Replacement

Oh geez I just spent more money.
I took the car out for a few minutes after my wife came home. All I can say is I'm glad it's not my daily driver because I would be spending a buttload of money on it. I guess I have to find the balance between a comfortable daily driver for her, and fun enough for me when I drive it.
I think after window I install what I just bought and get the windows tinted, I'll get a rear sway bar and short shift linkage. The shifter has a fairly long throw and the car has more body roll than I like. Maybe those things will keep me content with it for a while...
Since I have put a ton of miles on my truck in the last 10 months, it's going to spend a lot more time in the garage. So naturally I need to get the car sitting the way I like it!

Yeah I will try to get some videos of it. I listened to so many of them on youtube, some of them sounded like crap, really raspy with backfire, etc. But I came to the conclusions that all of those had aftermarket downpipes, mostly without catalytic converters. The LGTs with only the mag catback sounded great. Good enough for me for now because I don't want to screw up warranty with a downpipe. So I'm hopeful that it will sound great, the VR6 sure did. It will more than likely drone a little on the highway but if it's bad I may try some dynamat stuff in the rear of the car.
