Feel like whoring a lil.

Look, no snow!!

Hey it was chilly though. I had to turn on the floor heat vents on the way back home. I wanted to be comfy while driving with the windows down :D

These pics were taken on the way back from Ventutra today in the Point Hueneme area off of Hwy 1 (Pacific Coast Highway).

Its also an excuse to get better pics of the repair, and how the new headlamps look on the truck in the light.

I still have the halogens in there. I had Silverstars in my stockers before the accident, so i might put Silverstars back in for these too.

Those are them. I almost went for the projector ones, but I kept hearing that the output of the aftermarket projectors sucks. So i stuck with the halogen style reflector housings. In fact, i told initially told the shop to not hook up the Halos as well. I thought I wasnt gonna like them, but now that i have them working and on the truck, i like it.

Output isnt a ton different than stock. Like i said above i replaced the stock bulbs with Silverstars when the truck had like 600 miles on it, so Ill probably pop some of those back in, or maybe go HID. Dunno yet.

Is your grille painted too, or is it just bare plastic?

the surround is painted black. The insert is just the black plastic.
