Icon8 I heart my Ranger....

So I have a 92 Ranger with the 2.4 8 spark plug setup. I got the truck from my uncle who had parked it a couple years ago when the slave cylinder went out. I did as follows...

I replaced the clutch, slave cylinder and throwout bearing. Reinstalled tranny and tried starting it. NO AVAIL!!!

I am confused as to why it doesn't run. Engine will crank no problem so I started throwing parts at it. I put a new fuel pump and filter in. New coil pack. The front one if this is important. I replaced plugs and wires. Ignition module is new. I have the inertia switch bypassed so the pump comes on with the key. Here is my problem still.

Engine cranks no start. From the rail I can depress the scrader valve and fuel comes out barely.

Not sure where to go from here. I know my pump is running and that there is no blockage in the line up to the filter. So I'm considering going with a Aeromotive fuel pump right now but would like to get use out of the 200 dollar pump I bought already. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!!!

Its been over 4 years since he had this problem. By now he's either fixed it or got a new truck. Please pay attention to the date to be relevant.
