Timing Belt/Electrical Issues Help!

Hey all, long story short, my timing belt broke on me, luckily its a noninterference engine :)

I have everything stripped down, but im stuck on the crank pully and cant get it off, any suggestions?

Also my electrical system is dead and have no clue why. All my fuses look fine, but nothing comes on. When i plug up the battery the SRS yellow relay buzzes. I was going to try to break the crank pulley loose with the starter and breaker bar. Tried everything, really need some useful info.

if it cranks but doesn't spark then its crank sensor, the one on my 89 went out, long story short, a half inch drive ratchet with about three feet of pipe, and a pair of channel locks that open all that way to about six inches to hold the pulley worked for me, done it quite a few times in the bone yards before i replaced the crank pulley twice and found out it was a spun bearing, and impact wrench is a dream if you have a good big air compressor
