Ok so i have a 92 ranger 2.3 5spd with no fire i have tested power going to the module and cps both tested good. Also checked for a good ground also good. I have checked the signal from the icm to the coils and that checks out good. Also i used a multimeter to check both signals from cps it reads right around 11.5 volts on and from 0.3 to 1.3 volts off. I was under the impression the cps sensor when off read 0. Any thoughts on this guys? All in all the tests point to the icm however i have put $189.00 icm on and still no fire. I have had brand new electrical parts bad out of the box and with this in mind i went to a salvage yard and purchased 4 used ones for $20.00 and none of them fixed my problem. I am completely stumped the only other thing that comes to mind is the trucks computer but i really need some help on this one.
