New exhaust

My 94 4banger needs a new exhaust what would anyone recomend in buying. I am debating on buying an after market exhaust or just sticking with stock. Do you think it is worth putting on an aftermarket exhaust on such an old truck with 130,000 miles or should i just stick with stock?

i have a cherrybomb with a 90deg. bend so it exits before the rear tire

Flowmaster 40 series is the only one that WONT sound like crap. 90 degree bend with chrome JBA tip (Welded) on. <-- Mistake. Go with stainless steel. wont rust or fade anywhere near as fast as chrome does. but diffinitly use welds for joins where they can. and make sure they use the newer 2piece muffler hangers. they looke like two hangers coming down to an egg made of rubber. there more loose and dont break as easy. oh and one last thing. if you do have it come befor the tire. and have any kind of (Long Travel) on your rear end. youll wanna make sure your tip clears your leaf springs. mine can hit when fully extended.

Get something with a quiet/mellow tone. If you get something loud it will sound rather ricey, excluding the Flowmaster 40 series.

what size exhaust does the stock 4 banger have, 2 inch or 2-1/2 inch, i look into installing a 40 series flowmaster on my 2.3 L 4 BANGER...

What am i looking at price wise with these exhausts, cuz i dont want to spend to much but i dont want to go to cheap and have it sound "rice", i want that deep/mellow sound.

anywhere between 100-300 depending on if the person you take it to speaks english or not. if the parts are stolen. or if they have a sponsor. (And not the Parts kind) :P

but anywyas, dont go larger than 2 1/2. youll lose way too much back pressure and torque will suffer.
