I want to do the job myself. Questions are many but basically, do I need to remove alternator ? after i remove head do I take head with valves installed to the machine shop . Does the overhead cam need to be removed from head assembly and is there a good manual that gives step by step procedure ? It would be nice to have access to a video. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
