I have the same problem. It just came out of nowhere on mine, started squeaking one day.
edit: I found what I THINK is the problem with mine. A rubber gasket/ seal beneatht the bottom suspension arm is busted. Does anyone know where to get one so I can replace it?

Those are most likely the ball joints. My drivers side was doing the same thing a few months ago...I took it to the ford dealer to get the 1 ball joint that I thought it was to get replaced. The mechanic ended up saying all 4 ball joints were bad enough to replace...so they did. Luckily I have an extended warranty and it cost me the huge cost of 50$ (deductible)!!!!
It creaked/squeaked when turning, and pretty much any type of movement, in the x,y, or z direction, even when you would push on it when stopped.

Off-topic a bit but I was under my truck the other day and noticed something probably bad. I'm no whiz when it comes to the damn front end. I seen that pic and in the upper right hand where I saw the problem.
My pass side one is okay. My drivers side the rubber shield or whatever that is is just torn apart. What do I do now? Take it in or is this something I could do??
