can I level my truck?
i have an 05 ranger xlt with the 3" rear 4" front Superlift kit... and I was just wondering is there any way to lift the front any more? I already did my t-bars... I don't think there is without doing an SAS but ... I figured I'd ask!...
also if there's anyone with a similar truck that has done a straight axle... can you maybe e-mail me with info? I'd like to try and price one out and see how long it would take, maybe I can do it one summer when I'm back from college.
Thanks

Well... depending on what you want if for, you could do a Body Lift if your just looking to fit bigger tires. But that would do both the front and rear more.
I'm sure you could do some custom stuff to the IFS that would probably be much cheaper then a SAS if you wanted another inch or 2. But I'm not the guy to talk to about that. I'll let one of the more experienced guys.

are u sure u tbars are maxed out? if u wanna do an SAS, and are REALLY serious about it... READ READ READ.. learn learn.. lol.. look around man.. there's alot of 01+ trucks with SAS but its gunna cost a couple grand or more. But personally since u already have a superlift.. i'd stick a body lift on it.. throw some 35's or get glass fenders.. and go with a bigger tire then 35's.. u have more options then SAS

Okay yeah the SAS was kind of a last resort thing.
Now I know body lifts are pain in the a$$e$ to install on the newer trucks ... I know nothing is impossible, but how hard would it be? lol
Edit: Okay I'm going with the body lift ...
what are your suggestions with size? place I should buy from? tips on the install?
and one more thing, do I have to do any steering extensions or anything else?
