3" Fabtech Spindles with stock wheels - can or can't?
I read somewhere that you can't leave your stock wheels on with the fabetch spindles.

This true?

i just bought my fabtech spindles from another member, and he said I can. Im hoping hes right, i havnt had a chance to install yet

when i got mine instaled I had to ride to a tire place to put my new rims and tires on. the spindle was rubbing on my rims pretty bad the whole time, so i wouldnt suggest it.

i remember reading that members say yes they will fit, and no they wont. I guess it's worth a shot to try, but im gonna say no becasue thats what it says on the fabtech site

IT WILL, I SWEAR TO YOU...

All you have to buy is 1/4 in. spacers, that are like no more than $20. That's what I did.

so then do you take off the spacers when putting on the new bigger wheels?

You can OR you can leave them on...

yeah i would take them off. Just make sure you get the correct backspacing.
