Buying a superlift

Buying a superlift
In the next month or so I'm going to be purchasing a Superlift Suspension System. I own a 2000 XLT 4x4 Off-road and it's bone stock. I have a few questions though. Please bare with me, I'm not a complete noob to the automotive world, but my last 5 vehicals were performance cars so the whole off-road thing is new to me. I'm not looking for extreme off-roading capibilities but I do want something functional that I can also use as my DD.
What's the best/cheapest place to purchase this system from? (4wheelparts, trsfabandoffroad, etc.)
Other than the upgraded drive shaft is there any thing else I need or should buy while I'm doing this much work anyway?
What peramitors do I have to work with for wheels and tires?
Bolt pattern: 5 on 4.5 right?
Wheel width and size: What's a good for this lift?
Tires size: 33's to small?, 34's.....I'm guessing 35's look the best with this lift but I want something that is as quite as possible on the highway considering it will see more street use than off-road use
Tire width: 10.5", 11.5", 12.5" again I'm not sure how wide my wheel needs to be to fit a a certin size tire.
Again sorry for the noob questions. I'm just not familiar with all the off-road lingo, or even the easyist of off-roading mods like sizing the wheel and tire combo.
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Chris

Might as well do ball joints and tie rod ends while you're in there...
i'd run 33x12.50's...theres some running 35x12.50....
5x4.5
width depends on wheel backspace...and what width rims your runnin'
what gears?? I assume 4.10 since it's a 4x4OR truck.
might as well get new torsion bars while you're in there.
I highly suggest getting a shaft or piecing one together within the first 6 months of having the kit. you'll thank me later...
