t bar crank

i really want to level my truck, but im kinda worried about cranking the t-bars. it doesnt look very hard, but i have a friend that did it to his chevy, and afterward it rode like crap. i drive 75 miles to and from work so i dont think i could live with that. So my question is, if i crank them 3 turns, how much of a differance will it make ride wise, and approx. how much lift will i get. Thanks for any imput.

The more you crank, the stiffer it is. I've got mine cranked almost 2" so yea...its a bit stiff.

If you want the smoothe ride, don't crank, if you want the look/clearance then crank em, simple as that.

If you don't go offroad, just lower the back a little.

If you do offroad, get a spindle kit and don't raise the back the same amount, lil less and it will be level and you can get some bigger tires.

A lot of ways to level it, but there are pros and cons to all of them, you just have to weigh them out with your needs/wants........
